Distillers Dry Grain with Solubles (DDGS) is a co-product of the ethanol production process, primarily derived from corn or other grains. After fermentation and distillation to extract ethanol, the remaining wash undergoes process of decantation followed by drying process to create DDGS. This co-product is valued for its high nutrient content and diverse applications in animal feed and other industries.
